Ia is a champion of Filipino creativity. She built a successful corporate career before eventually going down the entrepreneurial path. Her passion is in building businesses that support the creative industries and showcase the creative talent of Filipinos. She is the visionary at StraightArrow, a pioneer in Creative Process Outsourcing, GetCre8ive and Creative Nation Academy.

Having gone through the challenges of starting businesses from scratch, Ia is also very passionate about helping other entrepreneurs succeed and is a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

She is a recipient of the 38th Agora Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship - Medium Scale Category.

As a visionary, Sarah Medilo advances our cause to #InspireInnovation by enabling and empowering Filipino creatives to be their best. She drives the culture that makes us customer advocates who are success catalysts and thought leaders in the creative space.

A Certified Strengths Coach and EOS® Self-Implementer, Sarah is our go-to person for best practices and use cases which can be helpful in planning and strategy. She leads ideation to optimize implementation of projects and achieve set goals and objectives, and provides strategic consultancy for sales and marketing implementation. Sarah leads with mindfulness of her Top 5 Gallup Strengths. Inspiring and activating the GetCre8ive team to claim and aim their natural talents to help them serve at their BEST. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and the Movement Integrator of Strengths Philippines -- a community of coaches in the country espousing Filipinos to discover the transformative power of living out their Strengths.

Sarah is a mother of three, whom she fondly calls her "Bunnies & Pawikan Boy".  On her off-time, she involves herself with volunteer activities that boost her creativity and spirit. She has also taken on the reins for the #LeadStrong Project, a Strengths-based leadership program for builders of a #CreativeNation as the advocacy's Strengths Evangelist.

Bel Roxas is an advocate for all things #InspireInnovation. As our Chief Curator, she enables partners to create for the world and grow better through digital tools like Adobe and HubSpot. She has executed a lot of programs in both the commercial and education space with brands that GetCre8ive offers as she continues to inspire partners to help them create their best work.

With her knack for building relationships and helping connect people, Bel serves as one of the mentors for BNI, a global business leader community, and serves as a Support and Growth Ambassador to one of the BNI Taguig Chapters. She’s also engaged in numerous coaching and development activities as a Points of You (PoY) explorer and practitioner. Her heart is her strong source of her energy that allows her to be disciplined to continuously fuel her passion to be of service to others.

Outside of work, you'll either find Bel baking and cooking with her lovely daughter or reading books. As a natural explorer, she also loves to listen to her favorite music across different genres, or getting her hand on her new found hobby, painting.

Ley Castillo is the Head of Innovations for GetCre8ive, empowering clients to make the most of the technologies that they acquired or are subscribed to. A certified ITIL practitioner with over 16 years of experience in IT service management and customer support, Ley is our client's perfect go-to resource person for any questions or concerns about the tools we advocate for such as Adobe and HubSpot. 

When he's not busy inspiring innovation, Ley spends time outdoors mountaineering, biking and capturing the world's beauty through photography.
